- How to build your own Antler Chandelier & Lamp DVD: detailed instruction on how to Grade Antler, Find Antler, Assemble an Antler Chandelier, Drill the Antlers for Internal Wiring, Wire and Test the Product, Conceal the Wire, Stain Antlers, and Complete Final Painting. This video uses three of our most popular styles of chandeliers and one table lamp as examples. It teaches the basic skills needed to complete any antler project to create your own unique work of art. Once you know the basics, you will discover how easy it is to design and create your own unique work of art.
- Electrical parts kit: 10 candelabra style light sockets, 10 25 watt bulbs, 3 feet of chain, 1 eyebolt, 1 brown plug, 30 feet brown wire, 2 lamp sockets, 1 - 8 foot table lamp cord, 1 - 16 foot floor lamp cord, 1 heavy duty 10" harp, 1 heavy duty 13" harp, 2 - 3/4" nipple, and 2 finials.
- Tool kit: 2 drill bits for assembly, 1 countersink drill bit, 1 single wire drill bit, 1 double wire drill bit, 2 cut off wheels, 1 mandrel, 2 grinding stones, and 2 high speed chipper bits.
- Finishing supply kit: 1 lb antler filler, 15 oz. bottle antler stain, 4 - 750ml tubes touch up paint, 1 - 1 1/2" stain brush, and 1 - 5 piece brush set.
The Peak Antler Company chandeliers are built by UL standards. This video demonstrates construction and wiring by those standards and all supply kits use the same products used in our facilities.
